Parks and Recreation

 A myriad of places to play!  With  over 200 parks in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, it would take just over 4 years to visit a different one every week.  Area parks range from small, corner, neighborhood parks to state parks with thousands of acres.  Amenities range from trails to playgrounds, swimming pools to playing fields, and water play to skate parks.  Some parks offer kayak launches, camping, rentals, and food concessions.
